All content and comments posted on the Website must contain polite language. Please respect your fellow Tipsters and refrain from using abusive, racist, sexist, homophobic language or any other forms of discrimination. We also ask Tipsters to avoid using any intentionally provocative content e.g. extreme political views. We reserve the right to remove tips if they contain any of the above-mentioned. Tips are checked and those caught cheating or bending the rules will be sanctioned. Conversely, honesty and respect for the integrity of the Website are praised and often rewarded.
When Website administrators correct mistakes in tips that breach the rules listed above, they will void any tips that would have resulted in a profit for the Tipster. However, any incorrect tips that lead to a loss to the Tipster will be allowed to stay as they would have resulted from the Tipster’s own lack of compliance with the rules.
Administrators also reserve the right to declare tips invalid if it is detected that the odds provider has provided incorrect odds or margins. Unfair profit-making by exploiting errors on the website is something we absolutely do not want to see on our platform. Therefore, we kindly ask all users who notice any errors to report them immediately to admin-uk@bettingexpert.com.
To maintain a professional and fair play environment in the competition, administrators will ensure that there is no copying of tips from tipsters who are at the top of the leaderboard during the competition cycle. Since it is not possible to clearly define the methods and exact metrics for verifying such instances, administrators reserve the right to sanction a tipster if it is determined that a rule violation has occurred, with a detailed explanation of how the conclusion was reached.
The Organizer reserves the right to reward or sanction Tipsters where they see fit. Explanations will always be given when Tipsters operate outside of the normal Competition rules.
Sanctions include voiding tips, warnings about conduct, Competition bans, temporary account bans and in certain circumstances permanent blocking. The extent of sanction is determined by the severity of the offence and if the Tipster is a repeat offender. Cases are judged on individual merit and decisions made by the Organizer are final and should be respected.
Sanctions will be imposed gradually if a Tipster breaches the Rules. The Tipster will receive a warning for their behaviour. If it’s the first warning, the Tipster will be reminded of the Rules and informed of the specific breach. Repeated breaches may result in a competition ban and/or account suspension. If the Tipster receives a second warning of the same type, their account will be suspended. If receive a second warning of a different type, the Tipster will be banned from the competition.
